Great hosts with excellent communication, central location for theme parks, local Coles & shops nearby, clean, tidy,
Positive: The property is clean & comfortable, has a double garage, 4 bedrooms, in a good location and pet friendly with a courtyard.
Negative: I think it would be beneficial to get repeat customers if there was some tea, coffee, sugar & milk, ceiling fans, Netflix (or similar) and a tv in the main bedroom.

Generally overall good place to stay and owners are quick at responding.
Positive: Locations, plenty of space and aircon.
Negative: Lack of kitchen supplies. Baking tray, salt and pepper, cooking oil etc.
